I would like to thank every member who took the time to attend and participate in today’s ratification meeting. Your respectful engagement throughout the bargaining process has been greatly appreciated.
Member involvement in the collective bargaining process is essential from start to finish. Your participation, thoughtful questions, and commitment – help strengthen our union and is valued by both our Local 707 Bargaining Committee and our National Bargaining Team.
While many of you will be eager to hear the results, the ratification voting results will be shared only after all Ford Unit Locals have completed their ratification meetings, which is expected to be sometime late Sunday through the 2026 Auto Talks Link https://autotalks.uniforautohub.ca/
As most of us know, we do not ratify collective agreements in isolation—we ratify them as a collective. Every Ford Unit Local must have the opportunity to complete its ratification meeting before the results are officially announced, ensuring the integrity of our collective bargaining process.
