The role of the Benefit Plans Representative is to assist members in matters relating to the Retirement Pension Plan, Insurance Program, Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Plan, Separation Payment Plan, and Automatic Short Week Benefit Plan.

Please be advised that when calling or emailing the Benefit Reps, the wait time for response is not always immediate. Expect approximately 24-48 hours for a response.

Equity Representative & Women's Advocate

The Equity Representative and Women’s Advocate is a specially trained workplace representative who assists members with concerns such as workplace harassment, intimate violence and abuse. The Advocate is not a counselor but rather provides support for members accessing community and workplace resources.

Employee/Family Assistance Program

The EFAP office is designed to help employees or their families find the support they need to deal with substance abuse, mental health or other personal issues. Although this is technically not a crisis service, we strive to answer a call or respond to an email quickly.
