UPDATE: IMPORTANT NOTE – For the weeks PP16 & 20

For the weeks:

PP16 – April 7-11, 2025 – payday April 17

PP20 – May 5-9, 2025 – payday May 15

UPDATE

As previously posted, the issue about waiting periods in the pay system has been addressed and rectified.  If you were entitled to a FULL SUB payment then payment will be issued.

This is a manual process and there were close to 800 members affected in PP16.  This is the cause of the delay. The inputting of payment in currently underway.

We have also come up with a plan to avoid any potential missed payment for PP20.  We have high hopes that we can avoid the issue we had in PP16.   If there is an interruption in SUB pay in PP20, it will be captured and corrected the following week.

Again, your Local Union is acutely aware and understand the struggles a member can face when expected SUB benefit payments are not made for any reason and the financial hardship it can cause.  We will continue to work with the company to ensure proper payments of your SUB benefit.

In solidarity,

Paul Ivey
