Unifor Halton Action Centre is offering a self-defense course will be a powerful way to help women in Local 707 and 1256 to build confidence and feel empowered. Such programs often teach not only physical techniques but also self-awareness, assertiveness, and personal safety strategies.

Empowering women through self-defense training can lead to increased confidence and a stronger sense of safety in their everyday lives.
