
Unifor will be joining the OHC Rally in Toronto to protect our public hospitals. We’re encouraging all members in Ontario to participate and hop on a train at a station near you.
When: May 28th at 12 p.m. at Union Station, followed by a march to Queen’s Park for a large protest.
REGISTER TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT
Participants will be traveling on VIA Rail or GO Transit trains listed below. Seats are first come, first served. After you register, you will be sent an email with further details. If your train is not listed, please consider carpooling or traveling to the nearest train station. After the protest at Queen’s Park, you will return to Union Station and get on trains to return home.
Your ticket is free however you must register to receive a ticket. The registration deadline is Wednesday, May 20.

TRAIN DEPARTURE & RETURN TIMES
The OHC has organized entire train cars and blocks of tickets for the following trains. At each place, participants will gather at the VIA/GO station and travel together. You must reserve your seat to get on board! For people arriving at Union Station early, there will be a comfy room to sit in once you disembark. More info will be provided once you reserve your seat.

Cancellation
Once you have filled in and submitted your registration, please do not cancel because it is expensive if you do. If there truly is a crisis and you must cancel, please email us at info@OntarioHC.ca with the subject line CANCEL.

There are accessibility accommodations on VIA Rail and GO Transit. Please contact your station of departure and Union Station in Toronto if you need to plan for accommodations. VIA Rail and GO Transit need to know in advance.
