Message from OAC Chairperson – Latest Recall from Indefinite Layoff -Update

Local 707 -Ford Unit Members,

On October 5, 2026, Ford Motor Company will recall 19 members from indefinite layoff.  This recall is based on manpower needs identified throughout the plant

As of October 5, our most senior member on indefinite layoff will have a seniority date of May 19, 2015.  Notification of this recall was made via a company robo call.

**A reminder to those that may have had their contact information change during the layoff period to update Labour Relations with your current contact information by emailing OACER@ford.com **
