OAC Plant Chairpersons Message – JOB BID-Step #2-Clearing of Job Ads

Brothers & Sisters,

I would like to thank everyone who participated in the job bidding process. It was great to see so many familiar faces and to meet members I hadn’t yet had the opportunity to connect with.

Now that bidding has concluded, I extend my sincere best wishes to each of you in securing the position you have worked toward and hope to obtain. Your committeepersons have begun clearing the job ads. While it’s difficult to predict exactly how long this process will take, our priority is to ensure it is completed properly and with the highest level of integrity. We appreciate your patience.

As soon as we have a clearer timeline for when the Successful Applicant (SAP) list will be posted, I will provide an update. Once finalized, the company will issue a robocall with instructions on how to view the results, along with any additional details. The SAP list will also be made available on our website.

In Solidarity,

Jason Del Buono

OAC Plant Chairperson

Vice Chairperson of Ford Council
