As indicated at our September 2024 General Membership Meeting & posted on our Local 707 Website:
Vacation-NEW JULY 2024–Prorated number of hours required to qualify for full vacation in calendar year (CY) 2025 and 2027 based on available months of production in (CY) 2024 and 2026 respectively.

Therefore in accordance with our Master Agreement- It is important to note that due to the current lay-off almost all production members will not qualify for Vacation with Pay (for the calendar year 2026) as it requires 1000 hours worked in the previous year (ie: calendar year 2025) and that has not been met as per Article 26.02 of the Master Agreement.
For members that did work in the previous year (ie: 2025) but have not met the 1000-hour requirement, but did work over 500 hours, please refer to Article 26.03 (a)(ii).
IMPORTANT : Prior to booking any planned time off, please ensure that any dates requested are approved by your department beforehand as to not jeopardize your seniority if you are called upon to return to work as per Article 15.26(d) or have returned to work as per Article 15.26(c).
