Brothers and Sisters,

Recently, 179 of our production members who just became or will become retirement eligible between August 1st 2024 and December 2025 will have received a one-time $50,000.00 lump-sum retirement incentive letter in the mail, asking if they are interested in this opportunity.

The letter simply asks if you are interested in this opportunity and provides you with the option to attend our Retirement Pension Seminar at our Union Hall on Tuesday June 10th at 10:00am (note: doors open at 9:30 am), where you will receive additional information concerning the process and retirement (including a personal pension estimate).

If you are a production member that has received one of these letters and have not yet responded, please indicate whether you are interested, date, sign and return interest letter to OAC Human Resources by the deadline – Thursday May 29th 2025 .

Note: By completing this interest form you are not committing to retirement. You are only asking for more information about the incentive to explore the opportunity.

In Solidarity

President, Unifor Local 707
