Greetings,

Your Ford master bargaining committee has reached a tentative agreement with Ford Motor Company. A ratification meeting will take place on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 9:00 am ET that you are encouraged to attend to learn the details of the tentative agreement, and to provide you with an opportunity to hear from your committee and ask any questions you may have.

Ratification webinar

This meeting will be hosted online, through the Zoom platform and will provide you with a full overview of the changes contained in the tentative settlement. As of 6:00 am ET on Saturday, September 23, 2023, you will be able to download a comprehensive summary of the contract changes at autotalks.ca/ford.

You will be registered for this webinar and you will receive an email directly from Zoom with the information you need to join. Please monitor your junk and spam folders as a precaution.

Very important: your zoom link is unique to you and can not be shared. It will only work for one person, and if you share your link, you may not be able to join the meeting if someone else uses it to join.

When: Saturday, September 23, 2023
Time: 9:00 am ET

Zoom Client for Meetings or the Zoom app can be downloaded to your PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet at www.zoom.us/download. You do not require a Zoom account to participate in this meeting. Because this is a webinar, you will have the option of asking questions through an integrated Q&A feature. This feature is not available to members calling in by telephone.

Ratification vote

As a union member, you will be eligible to vote on the tentative settlement. You will receive an email with your ballot containing instructions on how to vote via email at this email address. Ballots will be sent one hour after your ratification webinar begins.

Voting will close at 10:00 am ET on Sunday, September 24, 2023.  Results will be made public Sunday, September 24, 2023, after the vote has closed.

Canadian firm Simply Voting Inc. has been hired as the independent third-party voting provider. In order to ensure privacy, ballots will be encrypted and stored anonymously on Simply Voting’s Canadian servers. Unifor will not be able to access your ballot or voting receipt.  Ratification results will be certified by Simply Voting. You are responsible for casting your vote before voting closes on September 24 at 10:00 am ET.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding voting or a change of address, please contact the Council Lead for your respective workplace: Dave Millar at uniforford2023@gmail.com. Please identify your local number when reaching out.

In solidarity,

John D’Agnolo and Marc Brennan
