The Ford Motor Company notified the Union that approximately 1200 of our members will receive a SUB shortage from last week. Steps are currently being taken to find out why the shortage occurred, and corrective actions are in process to resolve these pay shortages.
The In-Plant committee with support from the Benefit Office have been very clear that this pay shortage is not acceptable and needs to be resolved as soon as possible for our members. Your leadership understands the extra strain that these pay issues put on our members and their families and as such we continue to provide updates.
