UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS FOR NEW UNION CARDS

If you have not moved this summer and received the last 707 Reporter magazine in early July, titled “Construction Continues at OAC” then the Local has your correct address.

However , if you have not received the last 707 reporter and you have moved within the 3 years and have not updated your address, please do so ASAP.

To get your NEW union card we need to have the CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS for you.

How can I update my address with the Local?

It’s easy to update your address and contact information on our Local’s website.

  • On the upper right corner of the Local’s Website, click “CONTACT
  • Then, scroll down to “CHANGE OF ADDRESS” and click here

OR

Click on the direct link belowthen fill in necessary fields and submit

Please note that whenever you move you need to update the Company and the Union separately.

KEEP YOUR ADDRESS & CONTACT INFORMATION UPDATED WITH THE COMPANY -TO MAINTAIN YOUR EMPLOYMENT

It is imperative that you keep your address and phone number up to date with the Ford Motor Company or Leadec.

As you never want to be in a position where you are on lay-off, then upon recall fail to report to work for 5 days and be terminated under the terms of 15.26d) of the Ford Unit-collective agreement or Article 11 section 3 of the Leadec Unit-collective agreement, simply because you did not update the company with your new address or contact information.

How can I update my address with the Company?

Ford Unit-

If you are unable to get access to Life@Ford, email OACHELP@ford.com with your name, GID, and information requesting to be changed and Employee Relations can input the changes on your behalf. Employee Relations at the same time, can reset your passwords if you do not have the recovery email, so that you may again have access in the future.

Leadec Unit

Leadec members may change their address and/or update contact info by emailing Leadec Employee Relations Liz Aguiar email liz.aguiar@leadec-services.com . Ensure you include name and employee number in your email.

In Solidarity,

Mark Sciberras
