To our valued Leadec Membership. As most of you are aware, our CBA between Unifor and Leadec expires this fall on October 13, 2024.

Amendment forms are available through your Committeeperson or Chairperson. They are also available if you would like to download your own at the following attachment :

This is a reminder that the amendments are due by Friday, March 15, 2024

Please take the time to find the appropriate article in the agreement that you wish to make changes to and fill out the form completely. Any form NOT signed off by one of the 4 representatives in the unit will not be entertained.

We will host our quarterly Leadec Membership meeting following the General Membership meeting as a special Amendment meeting on April 21, 2024. The meeting will commence at 1pm at which time we will go over the proposed changes to bring to bargaining with the union at both Local 707 and Local 200 in late September or early October.

With the plant being retooled starting late April, it is imperative that we get as much participation from our members as possible at the April 21 meeting.
