Declaration of Intent Letter-Acceptance of the 2024 Retirement Incentive

Brothers and Sisters,

If you were canvassed for the Retirement Incentive and returned your Interest letter to Labour Relations prior to December 15th, 2023, you should now have received your Declaration of Intent Letter from the Company.

  • For everyone that attend a Retirement Incentive Information seminar you will have received this Declaration of Intent letter with your personalized pension estimate.
  • For those that choose not to attend or were unable to attend a seminar, the company mailed your Declaration of Intent Letter on Tuesday January 16th, (to your home address on file with the company). If you have not received this Intent Letter contact Labour Relations immediately or call Personal Services at 905-845-2511 ext # 3630.

All those that received a Declaration of Intent Letter must complete and return to OAC Labour relations, no later than 11:59 pm on February 1st, 2024, to be considered for the Retirement Incentive.

The company will inform those that have awarded the Retirement Incentive with date of retirement as soon as possible.
