Presidents Message- Retirement Incentives

Brothers and Sisters

Many of our most senior members who are retirement eligible will have received a one-time $50,000.00 lump-sum retirement incentive letter asking if they are interested in this opportunity.

The letter simply asks if you are interested in this opportunity and provides you with the option to attend one of our two Retirement Pension Seminars at our Union Hall on January 7th or January 14th 2024, where you will receive additional information concerning the process and retirement.

If you are a member that has received one of these letters and not yet responded, please indicate whether you are interested or not, date, sign and return interest letter to OAC Human Resources by the deadline Friday December 15th.

In Solidarity

Mark Sciberras

President, Unifor Local 707
