The Strike Authorization Vote is your opportunity to let the company know that you are supporting your bargaining committee to get the best possible agreement from the company that will benefit us moving forward. It also shows that we will be ready and willing to strike if the bargaining unit is unable to get the gains that they feel are best for our membership. Use your democratic rights and show support for those who we (the membership) elected to represent us in bargaining.
