Presidents Message- Retirement Incentive Deadline February 5th 2021

Brothers and Sisters,

This important message is a reminder for all Ford Local 707 members who have been canvased and expressed interest in the $40,000.00 negotiated Retirement Incentive. The deadline for your “Retiree Incentive -Employee-Declaration of Intent” letter to be returned to Labour Relations is NO LATER than Friday February 5th, 2021 by the end of the afternoon shift.

While the majority of members have already completed their “Employee- Declaration of Intent” letter their are still a few that have not made their decision known. This declaration of intent letter should be completed, by everyone who expressed interest, whether you have decided to accept the Retirement Incentive offer or decline.

The declaration of intent letter can be delivered in person to Labour relations between Thursday February 4th and Friday February 5th between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or can be scanned and emailed to the Company Benefit Representatives, Phyllis Spagnuolo at pspagnuo@ford.com or Debi Hughes at dhugh155@ford.com
