Our upcoming Triennial Online Elections will take place starting from:
Advanced Poll– Friday, June 12, 2026, at 5:00 a.m.
through to
Election Day – Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Through membership action, we are pleased to announce that the 2026 Triennial Online Elections will be conducted in coordination with a third-party provider, Simply Voting, and that *all ballots will be submitted digitally.
Over the coming days, you will receive a letter in the mail containing your username (master number) and password.
It is IMPORTANT that you keep this letter in a safe place, as no one on the Election Committee will have access to your password. You will also need this information in the event of a runoff election.
MEMBERS MAY VOTE ONLINLE USING THEIR OWN PERSONAL ELECTRONTIC DEVICES

Election Committee assistance will be available at the locations listed below.
Please note that voting at the Union Hall will only be available on computers or iPads for members who do not have access to a personal electronic device or who require assistance.

Please bring the letter mailed to you by Simply Voting, as it includes your username (master number) and password. If you require assistance, please bring this information with you or present a valid driver’s license.
Assistance at plant locations gates will be limited to credential support only- for members who may not have received their correspondence by mail–containing username (master number) and password.

*All Retirees will be continuing to vote with a paper ballot on Wednesday June 17th, 2026, Retiree Chapter Meeting. However, retirees who are unable to attend the meeting but would still like to vote may do so online by emailing request before June 10th, 2026. Thereafter, the Election Committee will update their address and master number to receive their digital ballot and participate in the election.
