2026 will see a limited amount of members attending courses due to the reduction of funds that have gone into the PEL fund during the retooling layoff period. To prevent issues with EI claims and Leave of Absences that are not showing up on a regular Record of Employment for those on EI Claims, funds will be reserved for the following year when the re-tooling layoff period comes to a close.

The deadline on the postings above will be kept in place and any applications received after the deadline will go into a list in the event that we are able to accommodate the center.
