Brothers and Sisters,
Since 1981, the annual Terry Fox Run has become a fall tradition, ingrained in our Canadian culture, with more than 650 communities, big and small, urban and rural, English and French, fundraising for cancer research.
Almost all of us, personally, through family, friends or co-workers have felt the horrible impact of this disease. This year, realizing the importance of this cause, we moved our General Membership Meeting from the 3rd Sunday to September 8th. In hopes that we will start our own new Local 707 tradition on the 3rd Sunday in September and see us collectively participating as a team in the Oakville Terry Fox Run.

Arrive for registration: 9:00am
Run Start Time: 10:00am
Oakville Location: Coronation Park –
1426 Lakeshore Road West, Near Third Line
Run, Jog, Walk, Bike or Rollerblade (Note: Wheelchair Accessibility)
Routes are: 2km, 5km and 10 km
Remember: to bring refillable water bottle
