Parking Locations for Potential Strike Action – Be Prepared!

Sisters & Brothers,

The Town of Oakville has submitted the below information regarding parking in the event we go on strike. They have now informed us that we have secured a multiple vehicle on street parking permit. This allows our members to park longer than the 3 hour restriction.

PLEASE NOTE: You must park in the identified parking locations noted below to be covered under the above noted parking permit.

The only exception would be the neighbourhood east of Ford Drive. This will still have the regular 3 hour parking restrictions.

**All suggested locations are still subject to typical parking restrictions stipulated on traffic by-law i.e. fire hydrants within intersection, blockage of a driveway/driving or when signed**

It is imperative, if possible, that you find people to carpool with as the spots identified are limited. You are also welcome to come to the Union Hall prior to your shift starting to find people to carpool with over to the picket.
