How to submit your Employment Insurance Information-to avoid further delays in processing SUB adjustments

Brothers & Sisters,

Since our members were recalled for bidding in PP16 & PP17 there has been a high volume of updated Denial Letters and My Current Claim pages. 

If you have correctly forwarded your documentation in the correct PDF format, please note it will take some time to process any SUB adjustments.

These delays in processing SUB adjustments are due to an increase in volume, to avoid further delays, look to submit the documents in the PDF format.
