Brothers & Sisters,

As there is a large group of our more junior members who have now exhausting Employment Insurance entitlement & will be exhausting SUB credits shortly. We are providing our first of two (2) educational Income Maintenance Plan (IMP) Information Seminar at our Local 707 Union Hall – 475 North Service Rd East, Oakville on:

Tuesday, June 10th -2:00pm to 3:00pm (Completed)

Unifor Local 707 members at June 10th 2025- IMP Seminar

Wednesday, June 18th -1:00pm to 2:00pm

NOTE: *DO NOT ATTEND THIS SEMINAR IF YOU HAD TWENTY (20) OR MORE YEARS AT TIME OF LAY-OFF.

As it anticipated that members with twenty (20) or more years of seniority will have enough SUB Credits for the durations of the re-tool lay-off and not have to apply for IMP. This seminar is only for those that will be utilizing the IMP benefit and we want to ensure those that need to attend are able to do so.
