Unifor Halton Action Centre -Wellness Fair- November 6th- with a Grand Prize Draw

You are invited to attend the Unifor Halton Action Centre- Wellness Fair at our Local 707 Union Hall on:

Wednesday, November 6th: 10:00 am through to 1:00 pm

The Wellness Fair will have Educational speakers, discussing the importance of maintaining physical and mental wellbeing:

  • Dean Anderson– from Epic Recovery to speak on Addiction & Recovery
  • Karen Thornton from KMT Medical and Allied Health Group to speak on Mental Health
  • Pascale-Annie Roy from Pure Audiology to speak on speak on the importance of Hearing Tests
  • Local 707 Active member Noel Thompson & Retiree Andy Kiss will speak about the importance of exercise and available opportunities

While at the fair you will be able to visit various booth’s to learn more about opportunities to improve your health, such a free hearing test.

The Local Union has received sponsorship from Oakland Ford/ Lincoln Dealership to provide:

  • Juices/Smoothies for the first 250 members in attendance
  • Two early bird draws of $100.00 gift certificates from Fitness Depot for those who register prior to November 6th
  • One $400 Grand Prize Gift Certificate from Fitness Depot.

There will be additional draws for prizes at the fair including a draw for a 3 month paid membership from Good Life Fitness
