Sisters and Brothers of Unifor Local 707 Leadec Unit,

Your bargaining committee as well as the Local 200 bargaining committee are still sitting at the table working to secure a new 3 year CBA for our memberships.

We appreciate all of the support being shared with us as we negotiate for a better future for our members.

The work is not done at time of posting this message. We will be working to get the job done up until end of business day Thursday, October 17th. If a tentative agreement cannot be reached during the time parameters put in place, we will be coming back to Oakville to explain the situation with our members and give an update as to how the bargaining is progressing.

THE MEETING WILL COMMENCE AT 1PM. SATURDAY OCTOBER 19, 2024 at the local union hall.

Address of the hall is :

475 North Service Rd. E

Oakville, ON

L6H 1A5

There are a number of issues still unresolved at the current time that we hope to have resolved tomorrow.

We are tentatively scheduling an Information Session with hopes of this session becoming a Ratification Vote if we can reach a settlement before Saturday.

Again, we would like to thank you for your support. Until the final agreement is finalized and signed, we will not be providing any information due to the complexity of the bargaining process that could result in changes.
