The group meets every Monday morning at 9:30 am at the top of the Kennilworth Stairs, located at Mountainbrow Blvd and Margate Ave in Hamilton. Noel Thomson, a certified personal trainer and endurance coach who is passionate about helping men improve their physical and mental well-being for our members to participate in.

The group is open to men of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced fitness enthusiasts. They offer 2 hours of structured training sessions, which include team drills and exercises using equipment such as sandbags, pushing sleds, kettle bells, weights, balls, and battle ropes. The sessions also involve climbing up and down the stairs.

The goal of this group is to provide a supportive environment where men can come together to improve their physical health and well-being, while also providing emotional and mental support to one another. Noel emphasizes the importance of taking control of one’s physical health, especially during uncertain times, and provides guidance and leadership by example.

The group welcomes new members and encourages them to bring a friend along. Whether you’re interested in joining the group or just showing your support on social media, Noel and the entire group appreciate it. Come out and use your Power on the Stairs.
