ZUMBA combines dance moves with music from around the World. The dance moves have an international flavor, from salsa, merengue, bachata to belly dance and more dance formats.

Classes are one hour long, and everyone is welcome to go at their own pace.

ZUMBA
classes are designed for everyone, from beginners to advanced
participants. Modifications will be shown for people with any specific injuries.

As for attire we recommend wearing any fitness outfit, just make sure you will feel comfortable moving for one hour. Any Cross-trainer shoes are also
