For further clarification, the Productivity and Quality (P&Q) Bonus Payment is scheduled to be paid in Pay Period 41 of this year and therefore will be on the paystubs delivered to eligible* employees on October 12, 2023.
No action is required for any eligible employee who wishes to receive P&Q payment on their cheque October 12th 2023.
However, for all eligible employees who instead would like have have their Productivity and Quality bonus deposited into an RRSP on October 12, 2023. You must have a Unifor Ford Savings Plan account with Canada Life and submit the completed “2023 Production & Quality (P&Q)- RRSP Election form” (see attached printable form) to OAC HR Labour Relations Department no later than midnight on October 3rd 2023 to facilitate transfer.
