Unifor auto members,

We are entering a crucial week in our negotiations with Ford Motor Company. The current collective agreement is set to expire on Monday, September 18 at 11:59 p.m.

We continue to hold regular meetings, both internally, and across the table with Ford officials. These bargaining meetings include Economic Review Committee, Master Sub-Committees, and Local Committee tables.

This week, we received a wonderful photo’s from the members at Local 707.

We encourage all members to show your solidarity for your bargaining team by taking individual or group photos wearing your Auto Talks t-shirts and/or displaying messages of support.

Send your photos to autotalks@unifor.org and share them on social media using the #AutoTalks2023 and #Unifor hashtags.

Join us for an AutoTalks Information Session

Members are invited to join the live Auto Talks Information Session that will be streamed on http://autotalks.ca on Thursday, September 14 at 6 p.m.

This virtual event will provide an update on the status of negotiations and information on what to expect as we approach the contract expiration date.

Your bargaining committee members continue to directly answer your questions submitted to autotalks@unifor.org. We encourage all members to submit any questions you have throughout these negotiations.
