On or around Labour Day, Unifor plans to announce the company designated as the strike target, and will continue negotiations with that company until reaching a settlement and no later than the strike deadline on September 18th at 11:59 p.m.

As a side note, we are still accepting your email addresses for the upcoming ratification. Over 85% of our membership has sent their email addresses already and we await those still outstanding. We want 100% of our members to participate so please speak with your fellow members and ask them if they have signed up yet.

Dave Millar
