Brothers & Sisters,

The Ford Bargaining Council is now deeply engaged in discussions at the bargaining table.  All tables have been active in discussions including the economic review table, all subcommittee tables and local bargaining tables.

Now we need the assistance of Ford Unit members this Sunday for our Strike Mandate Vote.

Note: Voting will be open from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Voting “YES” during a strike vote is important for several reasons.

A strong “YES” strike vote provides support your Local Bargaining Committee and the best opportunity to obtain a tentative agreement that addresses our memberships demands.

As a strong “YES” strike vote sends a clear message to the Ford Motor Company that the amendments put forth by this membership must be addressed and it shows our collective resolve to strike if necessary to ensure our demands are addressed.

A strong “YES” strike vote sends a message to our National President that we want to lead D3 bargaining and sets the pattern for others to follow.

A strike vote is every members opportunity to be involved and directly impact negotiations. Your Local Bargaining Committee asks that you give us the strongest “YES” Strike vote possible to ensure Local 707’s mandate is heard at the bargaining table.
