N O T I C E to Leadec Members: Women’s Advocate Position

WOMEN’S ADVOCATE POSITION AVAILABLE


During 2021 Bargaining the Company and Union agreed to identify a Women’s Advocate at the Oakville Assembly Plant. A Women’s Advocate will be a Leadec Local 707 member in good standing, who identifies as a woman.


The Women’s Advocate is a workplace representative who will assist and provide support for concerns raised as they relate to women in the workplace
