The Unifor 707 Galaxy Banquet Hall is conveniently located just off the QEW highway at Trafalgar Road in Oakville. It has all the amenities and services needed for any special event. The Banquet Hall is perfect for fundraising events, retreats, seminars, conventions, planning sessions, trade shows, weddings, sports functions, luncheons, Holiday parties, wakes and more. It has a capacity of up to 500 people with full use of the on-site kitchen facility.

A 15% discount is extended to all non-profit and community organizations from Monday to Thursday

The Banquet facility provides, at no extra cost, the following for up to 500 people:

  • dishes
  • cutlery
  • salt & pepper shakers
  • large salad bowls
  • bread baskets
  • 50 silver service platters
  • tablecloths
  • ice
  • setup/tear down & cleanup
  • kitchen facility with walk-in cooler
  • hostess and two dishwashers on duty day of event
  • serving trays and tray stands
  • table numbering stands with numbers
  • wet bar
  • and a coat check room.

It does not provide:

  • wine glasses
  • napkins
  • pots & pans
  • a bartender and servers.
